主要任务及职责Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. 独立完成中等复杂度产线 PLC 程序开发、调试、优化及故障处理。Independently develop, commission, optimize, and troubleshoot PLC programs for medium-complexity production lines.
  2. 按汽车行业标准完成硬件组态、现场总线及驱动设备调试配置。Complete hardware configuration, fieldbus setup, and drive commissioning in line with automotive industry standards.
  3. 协同跨职能团队完成系统接口调试与集成，解决现场电气技术问题。Work with cross-functional teams on system interface commissioning and integration, resolving on-site electrical issues.
  4. 提供项目现场陪产支持，配合验收并定期汇报项目进度。Provide on-site ramp-up support, assist with acceptance, and report project progress regularly.
  5. 负责程序备份、文档归档，协助指导初级工程师开展工作。Maintain program backups and documentation, and help guide junior engineers.

任职要求Job Requirements

  1. 电气、自动化等相关专业专科及以上学历，2-4年 PLC 调试及自动化系统工作经验。Associate degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, or a related field, with 2-4 years of PLC commissioning and automation system experience.
  2. 精通 EPLAN、西门子 TIA Portal，可独立配置调试 PROFINET 总线及 SEW 等驱动设备。Proficient in EPLAN and Siemens TIA Portal; able to independently configure and commission PROFINET bus systems and drives such as SEW.
  3. 具备 VASS6、Integra6、Sicar 等汽车行业标准应用经验，具备技术英语读写能力。Experience with automotive standards such as VASS6, Integra6, or Sicar, with technical English reading and writing ability.
  4. 可独立分析并解决现场电气技术问题，具备良好的跨团队协作能力。Able to independently analyze and resolve on-site electrical technical issues, with strong cross-team collaboration skills.
  5. 能承受工作压力，适应国内及海外中长期出差。Able to work under pressure and adapt to medium- and long-term domestic and overseas travel.

主要任务及职责Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. 对接客户沟通技术及项目需求，制定并确认电气设计方案。Communicate with customers on technical and project requirements, and develop and confirm electrical design solutions.

任职要求Job Requirements

  1. 电气自动化相关专业专科及以上学历，3年以上非标自动化项目独立设计经验。Associate degree or above in electrical automation or a related field, with 3+ years of independent design experience in non-standard automation projects.
  2. 精通 Eplan、AutoCAD 等设计软件，熟悉电气元器件选型与布局。Proficient in Eplan, AutoCAD, and related design tools; familiar with electrical component selection and layout.
  3. 了解硬件结构，能独立分析解决设计相关问题。Understands hardware structures and can independently analyze and resolve design-related issues.
  4. 具备良好的英语听说读写能力者优先，工作严谨负责，具备团队协作能力。English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills are preferred; rigorous, responsible, and collaborative.
  5. 愿意学习汽车领域新技术，能承受工作压力，适应国内短期现场出差。Willing to learn new automotive technologies, able to work under pressure, and adaptable to short-term domestic on-site travel.

主要任务及职责Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. 需求分析与方案深化：深度参与客户技术协议（Technical Agreement）的评审，负责电气系统的架构设计、负荷计算及通信网络（Profinet/EtherCAT等）规划。Requirements analysis and solution development: deeply participate in customer Technical Agreement reviews, and take charge of electrical system architecture design, load calculation, and communication network planning such as Profinet/EtherCAT.
  2. 精细化工程设计：使用 Eplan P8 完成全套电气原理图、控制柜布局图及接线图设计；负责 BOM 清单编制及关键物料（伺服、机器人、视觉系统）的深度选型。Detailed engineering design: use Eplan P8 to complete full electrical schematics, control cabinet layouts, and wiring diagrams; prepare BOMs and perform in-depth selection of key materials such as servo systems, robots, and vision systems.
  3. 标准化与质量控制：建立并维护电气标准件库，负责设计图纸的标准化校建设与互审，确保设计符合 GB/CE/UL 等国内外安全规范。Standardization and quality control: build and maintain the electrical standard parts library, conduct standardized checking and peer reviews of design drawings, and ensure designs comply with GB/CE/UL and other domestic and international safety standards.
  4. 调试与现场攻坚：指导电气装配工艺，解决调试过程中的硬件故障及电磁兼容（EMC）问题，支持软件工程师完成 I/O 联动与逻辑验证。Commissioning and on-site troubleshooting: guide electrical assembly processes, resolve hardware faults and EMC issues during commissioning, and support software engineers with I/O linkage and logic verification.
  5. 项目全生命周期管理：追踪设计变更（ECN），负责技术文档（操作手册、维护指南）的编制及归档，协助采购部门进行供应商技术评估。Full lifecycle project management: track design changes (ECNs), prepare and archive technical documents such as operation manuals and maintenance guides, and support procurement with supplier technical evaluations.

任职要求Job Requirements

  1. 背景要求：电气工程、自动化或机电一体化专业，本科及以上学历，具有 3-5年 锂电、光伏或汽车零部件行业非标设备设计经验。Education and background: bachelor's degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or a related field, with 3-5 years of non-standard equipment design experience in lithium battery, photovoltaic, or automotive parts industries.
  2. 软件技能：精通 Eplan P8（能熟练运用部件库与报表生成）及 AutoCAD；熟悉 西门子/汇川/欧姆龙 等至少一种主流 PLC 的硬件组态与接线。Software skills: proficient in Eplan P8, including parts libraries and report generation, and AutoCAD; familiar with hardware configuration and wiring for at least one mainstream PLC brand such as Siemens, Inovance, or Omron.
  3. 专业知识：熟悉低压配电、电机驱动系统及传感器应用；具备较强的布线工艺规范意识，了解常规电气安全回路（Safety Circuit）设计。Professional knowledge: familiar with low-voltage distribution, motor drive systems, and sensor applications; strong awareness of wiring process standards and knowledge of common electrical safety circuit design.
  4. 综合素质：逻辑思维严密，具备优秀的分析与解决复杂硬件问题的能力；能看懂英文技术手册，具备跨部门沟通的推力。General qualities: rigorous logical thinking, strong ability to analyze and solve complex hardware issues, able to read English technical manuals, and effective in cross-department communication.
  5. 适应性：具备抗压能力，能接受随项目进度的短期出差（如：设备预验收及交付阶段）。Adaptability: able to work under pressure and accept short-term travel based on project schedules, such as during equipment pre-acceptance and delivery phases.
